Sunday Snapshot {Professional Shots}

So, a friend of ours is a professional photographer and we got him to come and take pictures of Rommey. This was his first time shooting a baby. She's almost 7 months old now (in a week) so they were more like 7 month shots rather than 6 month but still. Here's his website, if you'd like more info... http://www.brycemaxwell.com/Bryce_T._Maxwell.html

Anyway, he took great shots. He uses a Cannon EOS 7D camera. I listed his settings for some of the pictures but if you want the settings for others, let me know.

Settings: f/9, exposure 1/160, ISO 200, 50 mm focal length

Settings: f/2.2, exposure 1/200, ISO 200, 50 mm focal length

Settings: f/1.4, exposure 1/100, ISO 200, 50 mm focal length

Sunday Snapshot {Spring Break}

This year we had the chance to go on a Spring Break vacation. It was nice to get away from home and give Rommey some new experiences. We spent a week on the Gulf Coast of Florida visiting my grandmas, my in-laws and my siblings. One of my grandmas lives in Boca Grande during the winter. The other one lives in Englewood during the winter and my in-laws live in Moore Haven year around. My brother and sister live in Sarasota. We really enjoyed seeing everyone and giving Rommey the chance to take her first flight, see the ocean, swim in a pool and experience summer weather (she was born in October).

First stop... Boca Grande...

Then some time in Moore Haven with Grandma & Grandpa...

Then some time in Englewood...

Next came Sarasota with a big pool that allowed babies and Siesta Key Beach...

I don't know the settings for these pictures as they were taken with the auto setting on the camera (I don't have an SLR... only an SLR "style" camera).

Sunday Snapshot {6 Months Old}

This week we "celebrated" Rommey's 6 month birthday. On April 6, 2012 she turned 6 months old. I can't believe how much she's grown in 6 months. It was a beautiful day so I decided to take some pictures outside as well. Our sweet girl!
